MRSMELLGOODTX accepts returns of most new or gently used perfumes within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns made between 31 and 60 days are eligible for a merchandise credit.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and handling before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, USPS service conditions, and seasonal volume. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or peak shipping periods and are outside of our control.

If your order has not been received within 15 days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, MrSmellGoodTexas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or with your neighbors.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS when applicable.
